Originally from Las Cruces, New Mexico, our journey has taken us all
over the country.

After years of traveling and building lives (and businesses) together, we started
Dos Gringas Bakes in Tennessee in 2019. What began as a shared love for baking
and creativity quickly grew into
something much bigger.

In 2022, life brought us to Northeast Ohio — and of course, the bakery came with us.

We’ve always been close, and we’ve
always worked side by side in one way or another. From one venture to the next, creativity and entrepreneurship
have always been at the heart
of what we do.

But baking was the thing that truly stuck.

Somewhere between piping our first buttercream flowers and watching people’s faces light up when they saw them, we realized we had found our thing.

Today, Dos Gringas Bakes is all about turning frosting into flowers — creating cupcakes that feel a little bit like edible bouquets and celebrating life’s sweetest moments, one cupcake at a time.

Jessie holds a Diploma in Culinary Arts
and Operations, bringing formal training, technique, and design to every cupcake.

Mom brings over 50 years of baking
and business experience, along with a deep love for the craft and the kind of wisdom that only comes from
decades in the kitchen.

Together, we blend precision, creativity, and heart into every buttercream
flower we pipe.

From frosting to flowers, everything we create reflects our history — family-made, thoughtfully crafted, and
rooted with love.
