We’re a mother-daughter duo originally from Las Cruces, New Mexico, and our journey to Dos Gringas Bakes has taken us all over the country. After years of traveling and building lives (and businesses) together, we planted roots in Northeast Ohio in 2022 — and finally put down our mixing bowls for good.

We’ve always been close, and we’ve always worked together in some way. From one venture to the next, creativity and entrepreneurship have been at the heart of everything we do. Baking, though, is where everything truly clicked. What started as a shared love quickly turned into a full-blown passion — and eventually, Dos Gringas Bakes was born.

Jessie holds a Diploma of Culinary Arts and Operations, bringing formal training, technique, and design to every cupcake. Mom brings 50+ years of baking experience, a deep love for the craft, and the kind of knowledge you can only gain through decades in the kitchen. Together, we blend precision, creativity, and heart into every buttercream flower we create.

From frosting to flowers, everything we make is a reflection of our story — family-made, thoughtfully crafted, and rooted in love.
